This course is provided by 巧克教育股份有限公司 (referred to herein as "Choc Education").

Please review the following important information before enrolling in a Choc Education course.

Course Overview

Choc Education provides three online courses. The 2026 Fall Course (Flagship) is offered in two intakes. Intake 1 (from 28 September 2026) includes thirty-two (32) live classes over sixteen (16) weeks and three individual coaching sessions. Intake 2 (from 26 October 2026) joins the same course at Skillful unit 3 and includes twenty-four (24) live classes over twelve (12) weeks and two individual coaching sessions; both intakes finish together in January 2027. Both intakes include physical and digital books, the Choc learning platform, AI-powered learning tools, class recordings, and community activities. The Steady Course includes eight (8) live classes over eight (8) weeks, with one class per week. The Accelerated Booster Course includes eight (8) live classes over four (4) weeks, with two classes per week. Both short courses include digital books, the learning platform, class recordings, and community activities; they do not include individual coaching sessions. Each course opens for enrolment in intakes; the registration deadline for each intake is stated in its Course Schedule.

Classes are conducted in groups of two to five students. Each live class is ninety (90) minutes.

The full specification of each course is set out in the Schedules to the Student Enrollment Agreement.

Class Scheduling

The class timetable for the selected course is published before payment. 2026 Fall Course (Flagship) sections meet twice per week on non-consecutive days. The Steady Course and the Accelerated Booster Course use the fixed timetable displayed for the selected course during enrolment.

Choc Education uses a placement assessment to identify the appropriate level. A free demo class is also available.

Tuition and Payment

The standard tuition fee is NT$39,800 for 2026 Fall Course (Flagship) Intake 1, NT$29,600 for Intake 2, and NT$9,338 for the Steady Course or the Accelerated Booster Course. The price displayed during enrolment is the whole price for the selected course and its stated inclusions.

Steady Course and 2026 Fall Course (Flagship) students who pay the full amount payable in cleared funds at enrolment, before the course start date, receive a 3% reduction. Those students may alternatively pay in two equal instalments; the 3% reduction is not available when paying by instalments. The Accelerated Booster Course is payable in full in a single payment at enrolment, and the 3% reduction does not apply to it.

Payment options and instalment dates for each course are set out in Section 13 of the Student Enrollment Agreement and in the Schedule for that course. Where instalments are elected, each instalment is an equal share of the amount payable after discounts, with any odd dollar on the first instalment; each is due at the end of the week stated (23:59 Taipei time), and a follow-up week applies before any suspension.

Where more than one promotional, campaign, referral, partner, or student percentage discount applies, those discounts are added together and capped at a combined 25% of the standard tuition fee. The 3% reduction for payment in full is a payment term, not a percentage discount, and is applied separately after other discounts and tuition credits. The terms of an individual discount may state that it cannot be combined with specified other discounts; where two such discounts are entered, only one applies.

Switch Credit. The Switch Credit offer closed on 20 September 2026 and is not available for new enrolments. Switch codes redeemed before that date remain valid for the enrolment they were applied to, on the terms published at the time.

Student discount. A student aged 13 or over who is enrolled at a school or university and shows a valid student ID may be issued a personal, one-time student code worth twenty percent (20%) of the standard tuition fee. It is applied with other percentage discounts up to the combined cap above. A student code may be used once, on one enrollment, by the student it was issued to, before it expires; it has no cash value and is not transferable.

Demo incentive. A student who attends a free demo class and completes enrolment within twenty-four (24) hours after the demo ends may be issued a personal, one-time code worth five percent (5%) of the standard tuition fee, valid for that period only. It counts toward the 25% combined cap.

If an instalment is not paid when due, Choc Education will issue written reminders during the following week. If the amount is still outstanding at the end of that week, Choc Education may suspend access to the educational services included in the selected course, from the first class of the block that instalment covers, until all outstanding amounts are received in cleared funds. Materials already supplied remain the student's own. Access is restored within one business day after payment clears. Classes missed during suspension are not made up, rescheduled, or refunded, and the full course fee remains payable.

Refunds and Withdrawals

Refunds and withdrawals are governed by Choc Education's Refund Policy in effect at the time of enrollment. You may terminate your enrollment at any time. For the 2026 Fall Course (Flagship), the refund payable is determined by a tiered schedule based on how much of the course has been delivered; for the Steady Course and the Accelerated Booster Course, it is calculated pro rata on the classes not yet delivered. Please review the Refund Policy for full details before enrolling.

Course Transfers

Students experiencing unforeseen personal, academic, medical, or professional circumstances may request a one-time transfer to a future course intake.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval and course availability.

Approved transfers must be used within twelve (12) months.

Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate actively.

Meaningful participation requires the use of a functioning camera and microphone unless otherwise approved by the teacher.

Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and suitable learning environment.

Class Recordings

All classes are recorded.

Recordings may include your voice, image, chat messages, and classroom participation.

Recordings are available through the Choc platform while you remain actively enrolled.

Recordings and platform access may be removed following completion, withdrawal, suspension, or termination of enrollment.

Students may not share, distribute, publish, download, or redistribute recordings without written permission.

Student Accounts

Student accounts are personal and may not be shared with any other person.

Students may not permit another individual to attend classes, coaching sessions, assessments, community events, or platform activities using their account.

Account sharing may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

Learning Progress Guarantee

The Learning Progress Guarantee applies to the 2026 Fall Course (Flagship), both intakes, only. Its conditions and remedies are set out in Section 14A of the Student Enrollment Agreement.

Certificate of Completion

Students who successfully complete the course and maintain attendance of at least 75% of scheduled classes may be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Certificates may be withheld where attendance requirements are not met, tuition remains unpaid, or course completion requirements have not been satisfied.

Student Conduct

Students may be suspended or removed from the course without refund for serious misconduct, including:

Harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse;

Repeated disruption of classes or learning activities;

Sharing recordings or course materials without authorization;

Sharing account credentials or platform access;

Unlawful conduct; or

Conduct that materially interferes with the learning experience or operations of Choc Education.

Educational progress depends on attendance, participation, effort, independent study, and regular practice.
