This course is provided by 巧克教育股份有限公司 (referred to herein as “Choc Education”).

Please review the following important information before enrolling in a Choc Education course.

Course Overview

Choc Education courses are delivered online over a sixteen (16) week semester.

Classes are conducted in small groups and class sizes may vary.

The course includes access to the Choc learning platform, AI-powered learning tools, class recordings, community activities, and two individual coaching sessions.

One coaching session is typically scheduled during the first half of the semester and one during the second half.

Class Scheduling

Class times are published before enrollment. Each class section meets twice per week, never on consecutive days.

Before enrolling, you complete a written placement assessment. A free demo class is also made available to you.

You then select from the class sections open at your level, subject to seat availability at the time of payment. Sections are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where a section does not reach its minimum enrollment, you may transfer to another available section at your level or receive a full refund of amounts paid.

Tuition and Payment

Standard tuition fee: NT$39,800.

Students who pay the full amount payable in cleared funds before the semester start date receive a 3% reduction. With no other discounts applied, the amount payable is NT$38,606.

Students may alternatively pay in two installments of NT$19,900.

The second installment is due on the date stated in the Semester Schedule, which falls during Week 7 of the semester.

Students selecting the installment option agree to pay the full tuition fee of NT$39,800.

The 3% reduction for payment in full is not available to students paying by installments.

Where more than one promotional, campaign, referral, or partner discount applies, those discounts are added together and capped at a combined 20% of the standard tuition fee. The 3% reduction for payment in full is a payment term, not a promotional discount, and is applied separately to the amount payable after other discounts.

If the second installment is not paid when due, Choc Education will issue written reminders. If the amount remains outstanding, access to classes, recordings, coaching sessions, assessments, community events, certificates, and platform services is suspended from your first scheduled class in Week 11, until all outstanding amounts are received in cleared funds.

Suspension does not affect physical or digital course materials already supplied to you, which remain yours.

Access is restored within one business day of payment clearing. Classes missed during suspension are not made up, rescheduled, or refunded, and the full tuition fee remains payable.

Refunds and Withdrawals

Refunds and withdrawals are governed by Choc Education's Refund Policy in effect at the time of enrollment. You may terminate your enrollment at any time, and the refund payable is determined by a tiered schedule based on how much of the course has been delivered. Please review the Refund Policy for full details before enrolling.

Course Transfers

Students experiencing unforeseen personal, academic, medical, or professional circumstances may request a one-time transfer to a future course intake.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval and course availability.

Approved transfers must be used within twelve (12) months.
