Better English.Stronger teams.

English learning starts with your people. Tell us about their roles, their goals and the conversations that matter.

  • Grouping by department or job function brings materials and practice closer to each team’s actual work.

Working with us

A clear path from first conversation to first class.

No preparation needed. It starts with a call.

  1. First conversation.

Contact us by email or LINE to arrange an online conversation of about 20 minutes. We learn about your team, goals and schedule. It is free, with no obligation.

  2. Placement assessment.

Each team member takes a placement assessment. We also look at the situations in which they actually use English at work, so we understand everyone’s current level.

  3. Groups and materials.

We use the assessment results to form groups of similar ability and choose materials suited to each group’s level. Where groups can first be organised by department or job function, materials and scenarios can follow their actual work more closely. There are two approaches: a curriculum built entirely around your industry, or our core materials to develop overall English ability, with industry vocabulary and scenarios woven into every unit.

  4. Format and schedule.

Classes can take place at your office or online, with a schedule arranged around your team. We provide a formal quote based on class size, the approach to materials and the teaching format.

  5. Classes and app learning.

Choc Education teachers deliver the classes, and each team member receives a learning app account. The platform records individual learning data and patterns so we can keep adapting how we teach each person. Homework can also be designed for each employee’s role, directly reflecting what your company needs from that person.

  6. Visible progress.

You receive attendance and learning progress reports every month. The course works on expanding vocabulary and improving fluency while systematically addressing long-standing errors, helping the team work towards more natural, native-like expression.
