Data we collect
We collect visit, referrer, landing-page, campaign, browser, device, approximate-location, and network information, plus first-party continuity identifiers and page or interaction events. Google may receive browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, page views, and conversion events, including the agreed amount and reference of a completed enrollment; we never send Google your name or contact details. For successful adult demo bookings and enrollments, we may send Meta a one-way hash of normalized email and phone. For teen bookings and enrollments, we do not send Meta the learner's or guardian's contact details, name, age, level, goals, or form answers. Page-view events never include contact details or form answers.
Why we use it
We use data to provide the site, process your requests, understand visits and acquisition journeys, measure adverts, and create or exclude advertising audiences. You can ask us to stop using your personal data for marketing and can use Meta and Google advertising controls.
Who receives data
Our service providers include Vercel for hosting and web analytics, Meta Platforms and Google for advertising and analytics measurement, and Language Boss systems for course enquiries, demo bookings, and enrollments. Providers process data under their own terms and our service arrangements.
International transfers
Vercel, Meta, Google, and our other technology providers may process data outside Taiwan or your country. Their contractual and legal transfer safeguards apply. Ask us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep data
First-party acquisition data is kept for up to 90 days. Enquiry and demo lead records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless an active customer relationship or legal duty requires longer. Vercel's daily request hash lasts 24 hours and aggregate reports may be kept for up to 24 months. Meta says event data may be retained for up to two years; advertising audiences remain until deleted under account controls. Google keeps analytics and advertising event data under the retention settings on our Google accounts, and audiences remain until we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, stop the use of, or delete personal data where the law provides, and ask us to stop using it for marketing. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority and use Meta and Google advertising controls.
Visitors under 18
Teen demo-booking and enrollment details are kept out of Meta customer matching. Page-view events contain no contact details or form answers, and no contact details are sent to Google.
Advertising controls
Meta and Google provide account-level controls for how their advertising services use information associated with you.
