Data we collect
Necessary data includes your privacy receipt and security information needed to operate forms. If you choose Analytics, we collect visit, referrer, landing-page, and campaign information. If you choose Marketing, Meta may receive browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, page and interaction events. For successful adult demo bookings, we may send Meta a one-way hash of normalized email and phone. For teen bookings, we do not send Meta the learner's or guardian's contact details, name, age, level, goals, or form answers.
Why we use it
We use necessary data to provide the site and process your requests. With your consent, we use analytics to understand visits and marketing tools to measure adverts and create or exclude advertising audiences. You can withdraw consent at any time through Privacy settings in the footer.
Who receives data
Our service providers include Vercel for hosting and privacy-gated web analytics, Meta Platforms for privacy-gated advertising measurement, and Language Boss systems for course enquiries and demo bookings. Providers process data under their own terms and our service arrangements.
International transfers
Vercel, Meta, and our other technology providers may process data outside Taiwan or your country. Their contractual and legal transfer safeguards apply. Ask us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep data
Privacy receipts are kept for up to 180 days. First-party acquisition data is kept for up to 90 days. Enquiry and demo lead records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless an active customer relationship or legal duty requires longer. Vercel's daily request hash lasts 24 hours and aggregate reports may be kept for up to 24 months. Meta says event data may be retained for up to two years; advertising audiences remain until deleted under account controls.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, stop the use of, or delete personal data where the law provides. You may withdraw optional consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Visitors under 18
Visitors under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to make optional analytics and marketing choices with them. Teen demo-booking details are kept out of Meta customer matching.
