Classroom observation

Time to work
on the teaching.

Start with the questions your teachers face in their lessons. We shape the training around those needs and agree a schedule with your school.

Workshop content and observation arrangements are agreed as part of the proposal.

Workshops for your team

Regular sessions focused on the teaching priorities you identify together.

Support between sessions

Keep working through questions as teachers put ideas into practice.

Classroom observation

An optional part of the program, agreed with your school and teaching team.

Planning it together

  1. Listen to your teachers

Discuss current challenges and the priorities for your English department.

  2. Agree the support

Set the workshop focus, schedule and any observation requirements.

  3. Work across the term

Give your team time to apply ideas and bring questions back to the next session.
